Let's Talk Numbers
We charge a $250 fee upon helping you file a claim. That amount is non-refundable, but you still have the option to cancel your contract within 72 hours from the time that you signed. This fee will be applied to your down payment should you choose to work with us.
We typically take 50% down before starting a project. This covers the cost of the materials needed for your job, plus any unexpected materials not included in the original order. For insurance jobs, we will also need to collect your deductible separately per Texas law HB2102.
We will put together a free estimate in a matter of hours. We also offer financing through Hearth so that you will have several payment options.
Yes, we accept various forms of payment through QuickBooks Pay, including credit card, debit card, and ACH. Your information will not be stored without your written consent
The average roof replacement costs $15,000. This can be paid for by your insurance company or out-of-pocket, depending on your circumstance.
Working With Us
Once you give us a call, we can schedule a roof inspection within 24 hours. If we are currently working in your neighborhood, you can expect a same-day inspection.
Our partnership with HOVER will allow us to quickly build a digital 3D model of your home. You’ll then be able to virtually try out any roofing shingle style and color we have available. Simply send us a message here with your name, email, and street address and we can send you free access to HOVER.
We typically finish a one or two-story San Antonio home in a day. Steeper roofs or larger homes may take an extra half-day, or possibly two full days.
Before we begin any project, we’ll work with you to make sure valuables are moved to a secure location or properly protected, such as a tarp over your pool, a mesh tarp over your A/C units, or covering flower pots that cannot be moved. We also ask that your driveway be free of vehicles.
There is a federal law (and similar laws in every state) allowing consumers to cancel contracts made with a door-to-door salesperson within three days of signing. You must send a written Notice of Cancellation by email, text message, or by electronically signed document that we can provide at your request.
After The Job
Absolutely! We’ll perform a final inspection around the entire property with our roofing crew leader and with you to ensure everything is cleaned up and to your satisfaction.
While we take extensive care to clean up after the job is done, any single roofing project can use thousands of nails. You may find a few in your yard, but your driveway and walkways should be totally free of nails. If not, we will do our part to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Call us. We will come out to inspect the cause of the leak and determine if it was a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship that didn’t quite meet our expectations. Regardless, we will fix it within 24 hours.

Your home is protected with a 3 year labor warranty. In addition, we offer extended warranties with our Preferred Contractor status through Owens Corning.
